LAGOON VIEW ESTATES is planning to develop facilities and services that we feel, once again, will bring us to a level of quality that few developments in our category can match.

Current development plans include opening an exquisite onsite restaurant with a wide range of delicious local and international cuisine (and offering home delivery and catering services) and having a fully stocked, onsite convenience store that is open at truly ‘convenient’ hours.

In terms of fitness and health, we are planning to construct a world-class community tennis court as well as a large, air-conditioned fitness complex with the very latest in equipment and technology—the use of which will be free for all residents. Yoga, exercise and nutrition classes will also be available at our fitness centre, again at no cost to our residents. In addition, we have plans to develop a spa facility, for which residents of LAGOON VIEW ESTATES will get free and discounted services, and to develop the only residential squash court that we know of on Koh Samui.

Other exciting projects on tap for the near future include having an onsite vehicle rental service, which should help ease the transportation concerns of guests and part-time residents, and having a limousine van shuttle service for our residents, which will likewise be of use to anyone wishing to be taken to—or picked up at—the airport, the supermarket, the hospital, or wherever.
