One of the things that make our project somewhat unique on Koh Samui is that it is one of the few hillside developments on which the majority of the plots—over 75%, in fact—have sea views. Moreover, many of these views are truly exceptional, among the very best of any hillside development on the entire island.

LAGOON VIEW ESTATES is currently designing and building beautiful, state-of-the-art tropical homes that will highlight these spectacular views as much as possible. We are certain that residents who have these views will remember how special their homes are every time they look out upon the “peacock blue” waters of Koh Samui.

Another feature that sets our property apart from others on the island is its gorgeous natural features. Much of the property is surrounded by magnificent limestone rocks, and we are also blessed to have many lovely tree and plant species—including teak, papaya, yucca, cactus, palm, beetle nut, coconut, mango, banana, capsicum, ficus and strangler fig—growing naturally on our land.

At LAGOON VIEW ESTATES, we are dedicated not only to preserving this nature, but to augmenting it as much as possible. For instance, we have designated several small but well-located parcels of land as community garden areas. We have also earmarked a large portion of our company budget for ‘Public Gardening & Project Beautification,’ including drawing up plans to restore an old waterfall that is already located naturally on Phase Three (also known as “The Falls”).

In terms of our superior views, our amazing natural features and our dedication to preserving and highlighting the natural aspects of our property, we feel that LAGOON VIEW ESTATES is very different than other real estate projects we know of in Thailand or anywhere. And we are fully confident that our residents will enjoy being part of that difference.
