One of the features that help distinguish LAGOON VIEW ESTATES from the competition on Koh Samui is our dedication to serving the differing needs, desires and budget concerns of our customers. For instance, we are planning to offer three different sizes and styles of villas spread across five development phases. Each of these phases will also have its own unique name and concept.
Construction on Phase One, entitled “The Outlook” has already begun. “The Falls” and “The Summit" concept phases are all scheduled for launch over the course of 2008/09.
Below is an overview of each of our five development phases.
Phase One: “The Outlook”
- 10 full-size luxury villas of approximately 400m² in size
- All plots have good to excellent views of the sea
- Plots range in size from around 1,400m² to 1,900m²
- Conveniently located in the heart of our community
- Plots available now
Phase Two: “The Falls”
- 7 full-size luxury villas of approximately 400m² in size
- About one-half of the plots have good views of the sea
- Plots range in size from around 1,400m² to 2,000m²
- Slated to have its own central waterfall feature
- Plots available in Spring 2008
Phase Three: “The Summit”
- 11 ultra-luxury villas of approximately 600m² in size
- All plots have excellent views of the sea
- Plots range from around 1,600m² to 2,200m² in size
- The most spectacular views of our entire development
- Plots available in Autumn 2008
